Concluding an M&A deal is a major undertaking, but for most buyers the real work begins after the ink is dry, writes Paul Hastings attorneys Suzanne Horne and Ross McNaughton. An in-depth look at the process of integrating work forces, from planning through implementation, specifically in deals where employees are in the UK, the United States, and/or the People’s Republic of China.
