Are HP, Yahoo, Right To Eliminate Work-From-Home?

Hewlett-Packard recently announced it would eliminate work-from-home policies, following in Yahoo’s footsteps. The companies have both said the move is an effort to increase coworker engagement and collaboration. However, in addition to being a key recruitment perk, there is evidence to suggest that when employees work remotely they actually log more hours and are more productive.
