EEOC Is Pursuing GINA Violations

The Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act casts a wider net than the word “genetic” might suggest. The definition can include family medical history, for example. The EEOC has filed two high-profile GINA cases in recent weeks, suggesting it is taking the law seriously.
