Court Suspends Worker’s Comp For Missing Home Depot Worker

Home Depot may suspend worker’s compensation payments for a woman who went missing from a home in 2012, a Maine court has ruled. Fay Johnson was receiving payments from Home Depot at the time of her disappearance, and since then her daughter has been receiving the compensation on her mother’s behalf. Until Johnson’s whereabouts are confirmed, Maine’s Supreme Judicial Court ruled, Home Depot need not continue issuing payments.
