There is no point in putting up a fence if the problem is already inside the fence. The last two are “intentional or malicious.” He concludes that it makes sense to focus your attention and money where the greatest threats are: “In my experience, insiders – and the tools they use on a daily basis to perform necessary duties – pose the greatest threat to law firms.”
