American Eagle Settles With Street Artist For Infringement

American Eagle Outfitters has settled after being sued by street artist Ahol – David Anasagasti – over the retailer’s use of his sleepy eyeball design without recognition or compensation. Ahol and American Eagle reached an undisclosed settlement in a case being watched closely by other independent artists.
