Amazon Queries Employees On Workplace Problems

After a New York Times article painted a brutal picture of Amazon’s office work environment, the tech giant is using an internal system to gather more data on what is irking employees. The system, called Amazon Connections, “poses questions daily to employees to collect responses on topics such as job satisfaction, leadership, and training opportunities,” The Verge reports. The company’s HR department can see who wrote the responses, but management will supposedly only receive nameless, general reports on workplace conditions.
