911 Call Employee Wins $110K In Discrimination Suit

A county emergency communications department in Ohio was a sexually and racially charged workplace, and a former employee who claims she was routinely harassed by a former director was awarded $100,000 in a discrimination lawsuit. The department’s former director had made comments about the physical appearance of female job applicants, and told a black employee that he didn’t like “that kind.”
