William R. Lambert Joins Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP As Partner In IP Practice

William R. Lambert has joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP as a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice group, in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Lambert worked as patent counsel for a Bay Area pharmaceutical start-up company, where he was responsible for the preparation and prosecution of patents related to small molecules, formulations and medical uses. He is a co-founder of a start-up electronic packaging company, a named inventor on 11 patents, and an author of more than 50 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. Lambert served as a member of the technical staff in the physical science and materials research division of Bell Laboratories, Lucent Technologies/AT&T for 17 years.
