Weatherford International plc Names Dianne B. Ralston GC

Weatherford International plc has appointed Dianne B. Ralston as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ralston joins Weatherford with more than 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently as Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, as well as Deputy General Counsel, Government Affairs and Litigation at Schlumberger. Ralston also acted as Director of Compliance, responsible for the development and management of Schlumberger’s global corporate Ethics and Compliance Program.
