Vasant M. Prabhu To CFO of NBCUniversal

NBCUniversal has named Vasant M. Prabhu, of Starwood Hotels & Resorts, to replace Stuart Epstein as its chief financial officer, beginning June 1. No details were available about Epstein’s departure from the company. Prabhu has served as CFO of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., since 2004. He has also held positions at Safeway, McGraw Hill Cos., PepsiCo and Booz Allen & Hamilton.
