Unions Strike Back

After decades of declining strike activity, 2018 proved to be an active year, with workers in both public and private sectors taking to the streets. This happened despite the fact that in 2018 the density of union membership in the U.S. hit an all-time low of 11.7 percent. “Strike activity has continued in 2019, without any signs of slowing down,” notes this Today’s General Counsel article.
