U.S. Firms May Be Casualty Of China-U.S Cyber Dispute

Chinese state institutions and media have intensified a campaign to replace U.S. information technology companies with domestic counterparts, as mutual charges of cyberespionage intensify, the New York Times reports. Cisco and IBM have been singled out in China. Meanwhile, a Chinese general responding to the indictment of members of the Chinese army by the U.S. Department of Justice invokes a Chinese saying: “A thief always shouts, ‘Stop, thief!’”
