Tui Names Hilka Schneider As GC

Travel giant Tui has hired former Clifford Chance lawyer Hilka Schneider as general counsel for its headquarters in Hanover, Germany. Schneider will replace outgoing general counsel Andreas Göhmann, who is retiring after 16 years, as of March 1.
