Trump Staffer Sues After Being Threatened At Gunpoint

A former Donald Trump campaign staffer is suing, claiming that a top aide in North Carolina pointed a loaded gun at him. In the suit, Vincent Bordini says that then-North Carolina state director Earl Phillip pulled a pistol on him and put it to his kneecap while they were driving. “Once the initial shock wore off,” the lawsuit reads, “Vincent said, ‘What the f— are you doing?’ Phillip put the gun away as if nothing had happened. Phillip drove on and didn’t talk about it again. Petrified, Vincent kept his mouth shut.” Bordini says that after he reported the incident to other Trump staffers, Phillip was not fired or suspended. Through a lawyer, Phillip denied the allegations.
