A lot of infringing companies have climbed on to the anti-troll bandwagon and found an unseemly ally in the Obama administration, according to IP blogger Gene Quinn, attorney with Zies, Widerman & Malek. He takes a looks at a recent “Frequently Asked Questions” section on the USPTO website, and he doesn’t like what he sees.
