Trademarks Not Among Problems For Fantasy Sports

Fantasy sports sites are the target of legal cases claiming false advertising and illegal gambling, but DraftKings and FanDuel are ahead of the game as far as trademark protection, writes Kevi Hartley on the Trust Tree Trademarks site. DraftKings has six registered trademarks, including its name, logo, and mobile app icon. FanDuel has a register for its name, and three pending applications.
