Toyja E. Kelley Joins Saul Ewing LLP As Partner

Saul Ewing LLP announced that Toyja E. Kelley has joined the firm as a partner in the Commercial Litigation practice. He will be resident in the firm’s Baltimore, Md. office. Kelley earned his law degree from William & Mary Law School and his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
