Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation Names Robert Temple As GC

Toshiba America Energy Systems Corporation (TAES) has appointed Robert “Bob” Temple General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, reporting to Ali Azad, TAES President and CEO. Prior to joining TAES, Temple was Assistant General Counsel for The Babcock & Wilcox Company where he served as the chief legal advisor for Babcock & Wilcox Nuclear Energy, Inc. and Babcock & Wilcox mPower, Inc., as well as the Secretary and General Counsel for Generation mPower, LLC. He joined Babcock & Wilcox in 2011 from the Washington, D.C. office of Haynes and Boone, LLP. During his career, he also worked as an associate and partner in the Chicago and Washington, D.C. offices of the law firms of Winston & Strawn, Hopkins & Sutter and McGuireWoods. In addition, Temple was Deputy General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary at CPS Energy and an in-house attorney with Commonwealth Edison (now Exelon).
