Top Plaintiff Attorneys Start New Firm

A group of high-profile attorneys has formed what they are calling a “new breed of plaintiffs’ law firm.” Founding partners of DiCello Levitt & Case include Mark DiCello, formerly head of the DiCello law firm based in Cleveland; Adam Levitt, former director at at Grant & Eisenhofer P.A., where he led the firm’s Consumer Protection and Products Liability Litigation group; and James Casey, who has been active as both plaintiff and defendant medical malpractice attorney. The eleven attorneys in the new firm have been instrumental in garnering billions of dollars in settlements in consumer, biotechnology and financial services class actions and mass torn cases, including the Volkswagen emissions cases.
