Seyfarth Shaw LLP has announced the arrival of partner Timothy M. Sullivan to the firm’s Real Estate practice in Atlanta. Sullivan joins Seyfarth from national home-builder Beazer Homes USA, Inc., where he was Assistant General Counsel. Prior to Beazer, Sullivan was a partner in the Real Estate Capital Markets practice at King & Spalding in Atlanta.
