Thomas G. Seaman Named GC At Teladoc

Teladoc announced that Thomas G. Seaman will serve as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer. Seaman joins Teladoc after serving as the general counsel of Best Doctors, Inc., a medical information services and health insurance company in Boston. Previously, he served as the general counsel for BenefitPoint Corp., a health benefits and insurance brokerage e-commerce platform in San Francisco. Before becoming an in-house counsel, he practiced law at Shearman & Sterling, a leading international law firm.
