The Challenge of Foreign Language Document Review

Cross border legal matters are no longer a rarity. In a recent FTI Consulting survey, two-thirds of Fortune 1000 respondents said they had experienced a matter involving data from international jurisdictions. Handling these matters is complicated not only by the obvious language issue, but by privacy regulations that vary widely, and which in many jurisdictions are in flux.
