The TGC E-Discovery Survey

Today’s General Counsel asked in-house counsel how their company is dealing with e-discovery matters, with results broken down by both company and legal department size. Among the findings: Only 27 percent of survey respondents reported that their organizations had adopted predictive coding software, and although roughly three-quarters of respondents said that their company had a policy for employee use of social media, a much smaller percentage had actually instituted procedures for collecting and preserving social media in the event of an information request.
