Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP announced that Jay Holloway and Liz Williamson have joined the firm’s Energy and Environmental Practice Group as partners in Washington, D.C. Both were previously partners at Winston & Strawn LLP. Holloway counsels clients across the United States on compliance with current and future environmental regulations, permitting and enforcement matters. Williamson counsels energy clients on environmental regulations under state and federal law, with an emphasis on Clean Air Act issues.
