Spitzer: Fear Not Collateral Damage

The claim that prosecuting corporations is counterproductive because it damages innocent parties is “overrated” and companies should be charged more often, according to Eliot Spitzer in a recently published book. He isn’t a big fan of money sanctions, however, and thinks there are constructive alternatives.
