It’s been reported that Sony Corp will officially name North Korea as the source of the cyber attack that took down Sony Pictures Entertainment’s computer systems for more than a week The attack is likely related to the North Korean government’s objection to Sony’s forthcoming film, “The Interview,” which imagines two U.S. news professionals teaming with the CIA to kill the country’s leader, Kim Jong Un.
