Snell & Wilmer Adds John Della Grotta As Partner In Corporate And Securities Group

Snell & Wilmer expanded its Orange County office with the addition of John Della Grotta as a partner in the firm’s corporate and securities group. Della Grotta comes to Snell & Wilmer from Paul Hastings, LLP. Della Grotta practiced law with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. from 1978 through 1981 and is a member of the U.S. Tax Court. Della Grotta is actively involved in the community, currently serving on the Board of the Forum for Corporate Directors, where he also served as Chair of the Board for four years.
