Sirius XM Radio Extends Donnelly’s GC Contract

SIRIUS XM RADIO INC. has inked general counsel Patrick Donnelly to a new contract that will keep him at the company through Jan. 14, 2017. Patrick Donnelly has been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for SiriusXM since May 1998, managing all of the company’s legal and governmental affairs. Donnelly began his career as an associate at the New York law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, specializing in merger and acquisitions and securities matters.
