$14 Million Award Breathes New Life Into SEC Whistleblower Program

This week the SEC announced an unprecedented $14 million whistleblower award, originating from an office that was created under Dodd-Frank. It dwarfs two previous whistleblower awards under that program. Per the established procedure, the identify of the whistleblower remains anonymous. Seyfarth Shaw attorneys Christopher F.
