Scott Nehs Named GC At Blue Cross Blue Shield Association

Scott Nehs was recently named general counsel at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA). His appointment comes at a key time in the history of healthcare reform. Nehs worked at a large litigation firm: Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon. Before heading over to Blue Cross, he worked as an assistant general counsel for a Pepsi bottler, later becoming senior vice president of legal and government affairs for PepsiAmericas, the second-largest bottler of Pepsi beverages.
