Same-Sex Ruling ‘Destroyed Institution of God,’ says Ala. Chief Justice

The Supreme Court “destroyed the institution of God” by legalizing same-sex marriage in its recent ruling, Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore told a church crowd over the weekend. “Despite what they think, it’s not their doing. Satan drives us,” Moore told a crowd of 150 people at the Magnolia Springs Baptist Church in Theodore, Ala. The Supreme Court is “taking away the freedom of religious liberty, and we have to recognize what’s going on.” Earlier in the weekend, he told members of an anti-abortion and anti-gay rights group that, “America is under attack.”
