Saema Somalya To Warren Resources Inc. As GC

Saema Somalya has joined Warren Resources Inc. as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Somalya is most recently of PepsiCo Inc., where she was senior legal director and corporate counsel. Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2009, Somalya was an associate in the corporate and securities practices of several firms, including Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
