Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP announced today that Robert Morrow has joined the firm as of counsel in New York. Bob started his career at White & Case, where he worked with Holwell Shuster & Goldberg partners Hon. Richard Holwell, Mike Shuster, Dan Goldberg, and Dwight Healy on many complex matters including, among others, lawsuits arising from hostile takeovers.
