Renegade Oregon Judge Faces Disciplinary Hearing

An Oregon judge accused of screening wedding applications to exclude same-sex couples will now face disciplinary hearings. Marion County Circuit Court Judge Vance Day has claimed that what he is being accused of never happened, and that he asked his staff to direct gay couples elsewhere. Day has also been accused of hanging a picture of Hitler in the courthouse, allowing a felon to use a gun, and soliciting money from lawyers, among other misconduct.
