“Rachel” From Card Services Busted, Will Forfeit Cars, Boats

The principals behind “Rachel from Card services,” Florida residents Christopher L. Miano and Dana M. Miano, have reached a settlement with the federal trade commission. They will  cease their robo-call operations, destroy their lists, stop trying to collect from their victims and, in lieu of a $9.2 million judgment, turn over assets that include a Mercedes, an Infiniti QX56, a Hyundai Sonata and two boats.
