Princeton Names Former Agriculture Dept. Lawyer, Ramona Romero, GC

Department of Agriculture general counsel, Ramona Romero, has been named Princeton University’s top in-house lawyer starting Dec. 1. Before joining the U.S.D.A, she was a lawyer for DuPont and worked for the law firm Crowell & Moring LLP. Peter McDonough, the previous University general counsel, stepped down at the end of the 2013-2014 academic year after serving as general counsel since 2002 and assisting the University in legal matters since 1990.
