Pfizer GC Amy Shulman Out

Pfizer’s general counsel Amy Schulman, who was set to head up the company’s vaccines and oncology division, will instead be leaving the company. The drugmaker said Schulman’s departure was part of a mutual agreement. Albert Bourla will instead be group president of the vaccines, oncology and consumer healthcare business when it becomes an official financial entity within Pfizer in 2014, and Susan Silbermann has been named president of the global vaccines business.
