Pfizer GC Amy Schulman Joins Polaris Partners

Former Pfizer general counsel Amy Schulman has joined Polaris Partners as a venture partner. Schulman most recently worked as general counsel, EVP and business unit lead of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Schulman will take over the role of CEO of Arsia Therapeutics, and she is expected to take on a number of Polaris portfolio company board seats.
