Peter Haviland Joins Ballard Spahr

Peter L. Haviland has joined Ballard Spahr as a litigation partner, the firm has announced. Haviland joins the firm from Kaye Scholer, where he was Engagement Partner for E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. In his new role, Haviland will focus on high-stakes trials and appeals.
