Penn. Top Judge Resigns Amid Porn Email Scandal

One of Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court Justices will step down from the bench in light of revelations that he exchanged hundreds of sexually explicit emails with state employees. Justice Seamus McCaffery’s resignation comes after the court suspended him for his role in a scandal rocking the state’s Attorney General office. Eight other men who received or sent similar emails were identified last month, and several other state employees have left their posts due to the controversy.
