Patton Boggs LLP is pleased to announce the election of Lacy L. Kolo and Charbel M. Maakaron to the partnership, effective immediately. Both were previously associates at the firm. Lacy Kolo counsels clients on the development and management of their intellectual property (IP), focusing on litigation, licensing, monetizing IP assets, and the merger and acquisition process. Charbel Maakaron’s practice focuses on capital markets and acquisitions.
