Patent Office Reverses “And/Or” Claim Rejection

The Patent Office in 2010 rejected a claim from patent attorney J. Nicholas Gross, saying his claim for a computerized business method of serving content appropriate advertisement was indefinite as it contained an “and/or” term. That decision was appealed and reversed – four years later.
