Orbital Sciences Names Tom McCabe GC

Orbital Sciences has appointed Tom McCabe as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary as of Jan. 6. McCabe joins from Alion Sciences and Technology, where he was senior vice president and general counsel. Prior to that, he was vice president and deputy general counsel for XM Satellite Radio. McCabe began his career at McCarthy and Burke where he was a partner and also previously served as a judicial law clerk at the US District Court.
