OpenGate Capital Names TV Guide’s David J. Fishman CEO

OpenGate Capital has named David J. Fishman, current chief operating officer of TV Guide Magazine LLC, to be chief executive officer. Current chief executive officer, Jack Kliger, has resigned his position and will assist during a transition period. Kliger will also serve as an advisor to OpenGate on selected investments.
