Olivier Bourges To Join PSA Peugeot Citroën As GC

Olivier Bourges is to join PSA Peugeot Citroën in September 2014 and will be appointed Group General Counsel in October, replacing Pierre Todorov, who has decided to leave the Group to pursue a new professional project. Bourges began his career in 1992 at the French Ministry for the Economy and Finance within the Treasury, and also worked in international affairs as Alternate Executive Director on the Board of the World Bank in Washington D.C. In 2000, he joined Renault, initially to head investor relations and later to manage vehicle profitability. In 2006, he was appointed as head of vehicle programmes strategy and monitoring for Nissan North America in Nashville and, in 2008, took on the role of Corporate Controller for Renault. In 2009, he returned to the French Ministry of the Economy and Finance as Deputy Director within the Agence des Participations de l’Etat (APE). In early 2013, he was appointed Deputy Director of Public Finance in charge of operations and transformation projects.
