Oberthur Technologies Names Sebastien Peries As Group GC

Oberthur Technologies announced the appointment of Sebastien Peries as Group General Counsel. Peries joins OT from Danone where he was General Counsel for Corporate Affairs since 2006. In 2009 he also took on responsibility for the secretarial work of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. Previously, Sebastien worked at Allen & Overy, one of the major UK law firms. He began his career in 1996 as a lawyer at Andersen Legal (the French law firm of the Arthur Andersen group).
