Nick Swinburne Joins Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy As Partner In Transportation, Space Group

Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy has strengthened its global aviation and shipping finance capabilities with the addition of Nick Swinburne as a London-based partner with the Transportation and Space Group. Working on transactions worldwide, Mr. Swinburne handles large aviation, shipping and other transportation deals on behalf of financial institutions, aircraft leasing companies, airlines, equity investors and arrangers. He joins Milbank from the London office of Clifford Chance, where he was a partner.
