New York AG Sues Donald Trump’s Investment School

The  lawsuit calls Trump University an elaborate bait-and-switch and accuses Trump personally of making false claims in his ads. “No one, no matter how rich or famous they are, has a right to scam hardworking New Yorkers,” said New York’s attorney general, Eric T. Schneiderman. Trump’s attorney fired back, saying the lawsuit follows an unsuccessful attempt by Schneiderman to solicit a campaign contribution from Trump and is “tantamount to extortion.”
