The “Nation’s Business Court” Issues Its First Arrest Warrant

For the first time in its 222-year history, the Delaware Chancery Court has issued an arrest warrant. W.L. Gore & Associates brought a case to the court claiming former employee Huey Shen Wu is using trade secrets he learned on the job. After Wu failed to comply with court orders and requests to appear, Vice Chancellor Donald Parsons Jr. issued the warrant. Wu, facing contempt of court charges and a possible prison sentence, may have fled the country to his native Taiwan.
